Hmm on Iris' right sleeve (her right, our left) how the shading on the outer edge (as in the part along the outer part of her arm) of her sleeves quite literally looks like an edge (the way it continues even at the parts where her elbow is bent) strikes me as a bit odd- depending on where the light source is I think that fold/shading would sort of "fade" around her elbows.
Speaking of clothing folds, on large surfaces of fabric (like on Iris' jacket in this pic) you might want to draw/shade them to look slightly more irregular or crumpled- I think you have really good sense on where/how they're placed, but right now they look almost too perfectly smooth.
I think your frills/pleats really look nice though, and I love how Piiche's drill-sort of looking twintails are shaded! (I should draw Piiche one day provided I learn to work with unnatural hair/eye colors and shading curls XD)

I'd say that parts of your shadows and highlights don't match up with the light source (which from Iris's hair and clothes look like it's coming from the center. Also the way Iris is crossing her arms, I do cross my arms like that when I'm cold -haha- but I think if you drew it the standard way, with one of her hands propped up on her arm rather than both tucked underneath, it would definitely help give her a sassier/tougher vibe. :'Dd
That being said, I really do RABBURABBU your coloring Pii!!
Improvements and style come with time, and so far you're making a great start!

I think that you have really improved with anatomy and coloring. I especially like those white lines in clothes etc. It makes it look kinda mosaic in good way of course. their hair has also really nice color and shading. But I think that maybe you should had gave ears more shading. Like fur inside her ear. Because her ear coloring looks kinda dull when you compare it to other shading that looks much more detailed if you understand. Also their feets are little bit too small. Her hand should cover half of her face so her feet should cover like half of her whole head. But since it's anime I wouldn't make feet that much bigger but a little bit. And I also noticed that you hid hands. I don't know why but don't do that. Hands are beautiful and make pics elegant. They're hard to draw.. Even I have to do hands over and over.. They're most hardest part to me but it's worth it. Believe me. And give that tail little more shading too. So it would look as amazing as other shadings ^_^ But the way you blend shading and use colors looks really good
